Terms & Conditions

1. Seller appoints Car-Tech as it's agent to sell the vehicle on their behalf.
2. Seller must pay all fees due to Car-Tech whether vehicle sells in the auction or not.
3. If seller decides not to resell vehicle they must remove the vehicle by 5PM the following day or they will be charged storage at $25 per day.
4. Car-Tech must be notified to resale by 4PM the day of sale.
5. Car-Tech will remit vehicle sale proceeds to seller once our fees are deducted, no sooner than 10 business days and no later than 20 business days from the date Car-Tech received payment from purchaser.
6. Seller represents that they are the sole registered and legal owner of the vehicle and that all information provided is complete and accurate.
7. Seller represents that title to said vehicle is valid and transferable.
8. Seller shall waive any claims against Car-Tech for damage that occurs to the said vehicle while being held for sale, including damage due to vandalism, theft, flood, fire or any act of god.
9. Seller represents that all parts are original. Except as stated above and that the vehicle has no stolen parts.
10. Seller represents the vehicle identification number was not tampered with, replaced or altered.
11. Seller shall hold Car-Tech harmless from and against any claims, lawsuits or liabilities.
12. Seller has disclosed all pertinent information regarding the sale of the vehicle. Any and all information not disclosed will result in seller being fully responsible for all fees directly owed to purchase.
13. If sold GREEN light and vehicle is under arbitration and loses, Seller/Owner is responsible for $150 arbitration fee.
14. SELLER PAYMENT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL A NEGOTIABLE TITLE IS RECEIVED AND BUYER PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND CLEARED.
